Q: How long do the workouts last?

Each Carbone Fitness BootCamp workout lasts approximately 45 minutes and consists of full body strength and core training combined with a strong cardio training component. 

Q: Do I get enough individual attention and motivation within the group atmosphere?

Yes!  Our highly trained instructors are constantly watching over the group to make sure you are using correct form, the exercise is challenging enough, and that each person gets continued support and motivation throughout the 45 minute program. Modifications to make exercises more or less difficult are always available.

Q: How many people are in each group?

This depends on how many people are signed up for each class, but usually the group consists of 8-12 people.

Q:  Will I be able to handle the class? I haven’t worked out in some time.

Carbone Fitness BootCamps were specifically designed to allow a large number of people at different ability levels to be challenged and get in incredible shape.  The class is designed so that each person is working at their hardest level and not holding anyone else back.

Q:  Do I have to purchase a gym membership for the classes that are located at a health club?

No, no gym membership is required to join Carbone Fitness BootCamp.  However, if you are interested in joining the health club, we have worked out a special deal at each one for your needs.

Q: Do you help me with my nutrition and eating habits?

Q:  Won’t I get bulky when I lift weights?

This is a common myth among the fitness world.  Building muscle (long and lean) is a major factor in burning fat and obtaining a long, lean body that is wanted by a majority of the population.  Our scientific formula is designed to make you shed fat and get firm, toned muscles.

Q: I really want to join Carbone Fitness BootCamps, but I am nervous something may come up if I sign up for the 12 Month Package. What can I do?

You always have the option to go month to month with our program; however; you may also sign up for the 12 Month package and withdraw at any time. You will simply be charged the monthly rate for the months that you came and not be penalized for the months you didn’t.

Q: What happens if I miss a class or classes due to sickness, vacation, etc?

Since there are several classes per week, you may choose to attend extra classes to make up for the ones that you missed during that month. The #1 goal is to get you fit and attending classes is the best way to accomplish that, so we want you to make up classes if you miss them along the way.
